Happy birthday baby boy.

As your life began a year ago today, mine was filled with more love then I
sometimes know what to do with.

This year has been one of love, laughs and growing.
Your sister made me a Mommy but you sweet boy completed me.
My heart can not contain the love I have for you.

I wish you a very happy birthday
and a second year filled with adventure, a boat load more laughs, and a ton of love.

XOXO

Thankful on Paper

Every Thursday until Thanksgiving I will be sharing a note of thanks sent to someone I love.
This is all part of Thankful on Paper.

My mother in law was very deserving of such a note.
Without sharing her whole note, just know that I made sure to
tell her that I am appreciative and thankful for her loving, caring, and wonderful
persistence in our day to day lives.
And that the love she shows my babies is above and beyond.

Thank you Karen.

Mom in the shot Nov 4th {a flashback}

I am going old school on you today.
ALLLL the way back to almost one year ago today.
In honor of Bean turning the big UNO on Saturday here is the picture of Buggie coming to
meet her baby brudder.

She still rubs his head just like that.

As much as I H.A.T.E. to admit it, I am turning into a wee bit of a MOMZILLA with party planning.
Think I will scar him for life if all his blues do not match?!
Oh man, I am a nut.

Blog all about it Nov 2.

Rachel over at No. 17 Cherry Tree Lane has come up with a wonderful little project, for what I believe is such over looked holiday, Thanksgiving. This is so easy with HUGE results. You should join Be Thankful on Paper, I am.

Christina over at 2 little hooligans had posted a while back about this crazy cute casserole carrier she had made. With some major begging from many she posted a tutorial. Perfect gift {hint hint wink wink}.

Today is my Hubs birthday.
You are golden kid.
And I love you more then buttons have holes.

XOXO

Enjoy.

My story fall...

Having lived in Florida my whole life, I never really have experienced fall.
Maybe thats why its my favorite time of the year.
I dream of turning leaves, scarfs, and mitten covered hands.
Two weeks ago we took a trip up to where fall is like a Norman Rockwell painting.
New England.

Buggie, being my daughter through and through, LOVED every second of our trip.
She was so excited to get bundled up and run like the wind through the falling leaves.

Her favorite night had to be when we made smores.
She was a pro.
She scavenged for the best stick the backyard could boost.
And toasted her marshmallow to the perfect shade of brown.

She decided the ginormous marshmallows were enough, so she bagged the
chocolate and graham crackers.

The most perfect fall night created the most perfect fall memory.

XO

Hope your Halloween was Berry fun.

Ours was.
