Have you noticed a trend lately of braids?
From hair to accessories, everything is braided.
For these super easy Slip Knot Braided Leather Bracelets you will need thin cut suede or leather 9 times the length you are making, for my little wrist I used around 2 2/1 yrd and hot glue. And if you are an extreme craft couponer like me you can score this for $1.99.
Step 2. *note you can do this with two hands, but not while taking pics, hence the clothes pin
man I really need to grow that third arm already*
Make a loop with left strand.
Step 3. Slide the loop in your left hand through the one in your right.
Step 6. Slide though the left hand side loop and pull tight. Keep repeating, until you have your desired length.
To finish them off you can tie a knot on the end you ended on and use the beginning side to create a loop to put the knot though. OR you can add a button to the ending side and the loop to slip around the button. I used the hot glue to glue the ends down when I cut them and also for adding the button.
I think more will come to live on my arm
PLEASE, PLEASE tell me if my instructions were confusing in anyway!
{And the super cute clutch was from A Pearantly Sew}
ENJOY!
