Wooly Cozy Wednesday Giveaway {Day Three of Holiday Giveaway Week}

I  do not think I could have a better giveaway for the day before Thanksgiving then LoopLoft.  Not only is Lisa using repurposed materials but she donates a portion of her sales to several different organizations.

LOOPLOFT IS COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY CAUSES +

SUSTAINABILITY!

10% of all her holiday sales will be donated to a local charity called Kids Food Basket.

Help fight breast cancer with a purchase of ‘chicks for a cause softie (See first photo below)’, $10 from

each sale goes to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Donate 2 wool sweaters to Looploft & Lisa will

Donate a softie to the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital, which is in her hometown of Grand Rapids.

So as you can tell Lisa is a very giving person, so do not be surprised that she is offering winners choice of either a softie or stocking!  Wow I know...

  2. we are in charge of the church youth group...
    every year we and the teens pool our money and shop for toys for the local hospital to give to children who won't have a proper Christmas this year...We have fun and the youth stop focusing on themselves and their cell phones and ipods for at least 30 seconds!

  4. For the past 5 years I organized a Toy Drive @ the dental office I worked at. Now that I am not there I'm not sure what I will do?? But I have a non-holiday idea...I am going to be taking my Real Estate Exam in the next few months and plan on donating a certain amount of my commission from EVERY sale to a charity....not sure which one yet...maybe I'll start one?! Or maybe you have an idea for me??

  7. There is several things I like to do during the holidays. I normally run a donation drive of some sort at my office and we adopt a angel family from the angel tree but I also started a tradition with my son since he is older now that we go pick out a angel and we spend the afternoon shopping for our angel and I explain to him how lucky we are and how other children out there are not and he seems to understand but I think he will value it more as he gets older. =)

  9. Over the passed few years we have donated toys to multiple charities and this year we were happy to finally include our children in the donation process. We plan to do toys for tots or the angel tree as well now that my son is older. He already picked the toys to donut, as he called it, and can't wait to take them to a drop off spot.
